     Welcome to the technology support helpdesk for students.

     If you know know your login, we need to resolve that first. If you have never signed in, your account is always the three letter abbreviation of your program, an underscore, they first two letters of your first name, and your entire last name. If you have any special characthers in your names, they are most likely removed.

     Your password is always set at the beginning of over school year, and when reset manually by your instructor to EctsMMDD where MMDD represents your Month and Day of your date of birth.
